Blew Agency provides web design, software development, AI call agents, and WhatsApp bot solutions throughout the United States. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
All content, designs, code, and materials created by Blew Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement, in accordance with US copyright law.
Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. All payments are in US Dollars (USD). We typically require a deposit before commencing work and final payment upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback response time, and unforeseen technical challenges. We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines.
To the maximum extent permitted by US law, Blew Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by US law. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
